Information the App handles

NailNote is a tool for nail salons. When salon staff use the App, the following information may be stored:

• Account information — email address and login credentials used to access the App.
• Customer records entered by the salon — customer names, notes, and visit history.
• Service details — polish colors, color recipes, and inventory data.
• Photos — images of finished nails that staff attach to a visit record.

This information is entered by the salon and is used only to operate the App's features for that salon.

Camera and photo access

The App requests access to your camera and photo library only to let you take or attach photos of nails to a visit record. Photos are not used for any other purpose.

How information is stored

Data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party cloud platform that provides authentication, database, and file storage on our behalf as a data processor. Each salon's data is isolated and only accessible to that salon's authorized users.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not use third-party advertising or ad-tracking SDKs.
• We do not share your data except as needed to provide the App (e.g., our storage processor) or as required by law.

Data retention and deletion

Salon data is retained while the account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the email below.

Children's privacy

The App is intended for business use by salons and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
